We assisted Gladful with their creative strategy from October 2021 to August 2022. Within a span of 10 months, we built their website, worked on pre-launch, did creative shoots, devised a strategy for launching the products on the digital platforms and worked towards growing a strong Mom community post-launch. 

To build a cohesive communication strategy to make people aware of the PROBLEM - i.e. protein deficiency in India, how GLADFUL is solving the issue with healthy snacking options, and building a close-knit MOM COMMUNITY - educating them on the need for protein, encouraging them to track their kids’ daily protein intake and making Gladful a regular snack in the Indian Households.

Protein for PreTeens:

We started our communication by establishing a clear fact that protein is vital for preteens! The age group of 8-14 yrs is the most critical time for brain and body development and PROTEIN plays an important role in not just muscle building but also repairing cells, regulating hormones, improving sleep quality and more.

GladMom Features:

We started acknowledging moms ( who have been with us) from the product trial times featuring home-cooked healthy recipes to keep the audience engaged. A lot of tiffin recipes came to light during this time.

Launch
December 2021

We launched Gladful in December with three flavours - Orangey, Almondy and Chocolatey Mini Protein Cookies and the messaging was clear - A Healthy Tiffin Snack. We planned a launch creative shoot and a design strategy that extensively highlighted key ingredients - Pea Protein, Whey from Milk and Rice Protein.

GladMomApproved:

After launching Protein Mini Cookies the idea was simple - To make moms try it and recommend it within their circle. Gladful started collaborating with Mom influencers to talk about the struggles of keeping their kids away from junk snacking and how Gladful is a tasty and healthy option to give to their kids between their play time or simply pack it in the tiffin. 


Hassle Bae packaged all the raw mom influencer videos into Gladful’s branding.

Make Tiffins Better

With their newly launched products- Sprouted Spinach and Moong Dal Chilla, Gladful collaborated with influencers and created a set of healthy recipes internally for mums to give to their kids in their tiffin boxes. Hassle Bae packaged the entire campaign in Gladful branding.

Founder-Desk Stories

People love when founders directly communicate with their customers. From the very beginning, we have kept a mom-to-mom connect with Parul and our audience. We started the Founders’ Desk Stories on social handles and they worked great for Gladful.
